In this documentary photograph, Mark found himself speaking to a curious family in a tiny peaceful corner of the madness of the Maha Kumbh Mela in India, with its millions of pilgrims. It was a sweet moment, with a quiet couple and their baby. Recorded with a very grainy black and white film, this image has a look and feel that seem to fit with the ancient character of the Mela.
