Wine has been a subject that Mark has been drawn to for decades. The idea of the vineyard, the winery, the bottles themselves, and the enjoyment of wine with loved ones makes the subject quite multifaceted.

In this series, Mark studies the shape and form of wine bottles, found in a dusty cellar on a Portuguese farm. Brought into the studio, he searches for ways to present the shapes and forms of the bottles in an intriguing way.
